Please READ carefully. By purchasing this service, the following Terms and Conditions are entered into by Pam Jones of Believing Mind Hypnotherapy (“Provider”) and You (“Client” or “You”).
By purchasing a Custom Hypnosis Recording (“Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following:
Personalized Service
This Service includes one personalized custom hypnosis recording created using the information you provide through the intake process.
Pam Jones, CHt will create the recording in support of the goal or objectives you identify. The professional content, wording, structure, techniques, and suggestions used in your recording will be determined by Pam Jones, CHt based on her professional judgment.
Payment
Full payment is required before work on your Custom Hypnosis Recording begins.
Your recording will be created based on the information you provide through the required intake process.
Intake & Service Agreement
After purchase, you will receive an intake form and service agreement through PocketSuite, typically within 48 hours.
Work on your recording will begin after the required intake information and signed agreement have been received.
Personal Use Only
Your Custom Hypnosis Recording is licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not share, publish, upload, resell, re-record, modify, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use any portion of the recording or script commercially.
Pam Jones, CHt retains full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to the custom script, audio recording, and spoken content created for you.
Safe Listening
Do not listen to your hypnosis recording while driving, operating machinery, or participating in any activity that requires your full attention.
You are responsible for choosing an appropriate time and place to listen to your recording.
Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Care
This Service is intended for personal self-improvement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
Pam Jones is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and is not a licensed physician or psychologist. Hypnotherapy services are non-diagnostic and are not a substitute for licensed medical or psychological care.
Certain medical or mental health conditions may require additional evaluation or professional clearance before hypnosis is used. You agree to disclose relevant medical and mental health information during the intake process.
Intended Audience
This Service is intended for adults 18 years of age or older.
Results Disclaimer
Individual responses to hypnosis vary.
While hypnosis may be effective for many purposes, no specific result, outcome, or progress is promised or guaranteed. Testimonials or examples shared in marketing materials are for informational purposes and do not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes.
Customization & Revisions
Your recording will be created using the information you provide through your intake form.
Revisions, rewrites, or re-recordings are not included in the purchase price.
Requests to substantially change the original goal, focus, or information provided after work has begun may require an additional fee or the purchase of a new recording.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because this is a personalized service created specifically for you, cancellation requests must be made before work on your recording has begun.
Once work on your Custom Hypnosis Recording has begun, the Service is considered in progress and your payment is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you request cancellation before work has begun, your payment will be refunded.
Dissatisfaction with the outcome or effectiveness of hypnosis does not constitute grounds for a refund.
Delivery
Your completed Custom Hypnosis Recording will generally be delivered within approximately 14 days after your signed agreement and completed intake information have been received.
The completed recording will be delivered privately to you. You are responsible for downloading and saving your recording for your records.
Recording length will vary depending on your individual goal and the material being addressed. Pam Jones, CHt will determine the appropriate structure and length of the recording.
Assumption of Responsibility
You voluntarily assume responsibility for your physical, mental, and emotional well-being while using your recording.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that Pam Jones, CHt and Believing Mind Hypnotherapy shall not be liable for decisions you make, outcomes you experience, or damages arising from your use of the recording or Service.
Email Communication
By purchasing this Service, you agree to receive emails from the Provider related to your purchase, as well as occasional marketing or educational content. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in any email.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
