The audios may include hypnosis music or binaural beats. For best results, use headphones or earbuds. If you have a history of epilepsy or seizures, consult your healthcare provider before listening to any audio containing binaural beats.

Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers (Digital Content)Instruction on Withdrawal: Under Directive (EU) 2023/2673, consumers residing in the European Union normally have the right to withdraw from a digital contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal: By purchasing our digital self-hypnosis program, you expressly request and consent to the immediate performance of the contract (the delivery of the digital content) before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as the digital content delivery begins (e.g., when you receive access to the membership portal, download link, or files). Consequently, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
